Getting started
Go from a fresh account to your first sale in a few minutes.
1. Create your pharmacy
Sign up and give your pharmacy a name. This creates your workspace (your tenant), which everything else — branches, users, products, and sales — belongs to.
2. Add your branches
Add each physical location as a branch with a short code such as NRB-01. Stock, sales, and users are all branch-scoped, so getting this right early keeps your reporting clean.
3. Invite your team
Assign each person a role that matches what they do:
- Owner — full access, including reports and settings.
- Pharmacist — inventory, dispensing, and the clinical reference library.
- Assistant — receiving stock and day-to-day inventory.
- Cashier — the point of sale only.
4. Receive your first stock
Record a delivery as one or more batches. Each batch has a lot number, an expiry date, a received quantity, and a cost price. Pharma360 never stores a running quantity — on-hand stock is always the sum of the movement ledger, which is what makes offline merging reliable.
5. Make a sale
Open the POS, add products to the cart, choose M-Pesa or cash, and complete the sale. If you are offline, the sale is saved locally and queued. When you reconnect it syncs automatically — no duplicates.
